Central Alarm is the only full service company in Southern Arizona which meets and maintains Underwriters Laboratory (UL) and Factory Mutual (FM) standards and listings for burglar & fire alarm systems.

• The compliance for maintaining UL & FM is to provide 24-hour monitoring.
• All of our monitoring equipment has a secondary receiver, in case the primary should fail.
• Our facility has UPS systems as well as two Caterpillar Generators that will run indefinitely in case of power failure, if the number one generator should fail for any reason the second generator will automatically take over.
• Yearly inspections by UL & FM certify that all equipment is updated and running properly.
